Working Spark Theatre

Announcing Launch of Ten Times Fundraising Campaign!

Working Spark Theatre will be premiering Michelle Deines’ award-winning play Ghosts in Baghdad on March 27, 2014 at Little Mountain Theatre.  To bring this show to the stage, we need your help.

The Ten Times Fundraising Campaign is built on the idea that every donation counts.  We’re asking you to donate $10.  If 200 people donate $10, we’ll reach our goal of $2000!

Click here to donate online now and help create some art and magic!

What will we use your donations for?

Your donation will go directly to the company in order to support the artists working on the show.  At the moment, many of our artists have committed to being part of this production with no guarantee of pay.  We want to make sure that their hard work and talents are respected and recognized.  You can help us do that!

What do I get if I donate?

Each donation will receive a Charitable Tax Receipt.  And if you’re feeling generous and would like to donate more than $10, please do!

If you donate $50 or more, in addition to the Tax Receipt, you’ll receive two free tickets to a performance of your choice of Ghosts in Baghdad (subject to availability), running March 27-April 6, 2014.

If you donate $100 or more, in addition to the Tax Receipt, you’ll receive two free tickets to the show, and two complimentary drinks (your choice) while attending the show.

All donations will be appreciated and celebrated.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes!  Simply let us know through the “Special Instructions” field on the Canada Helps website.

The campaign runs from Feb. 3 to Feb. 21, 2014.  Help us reach our goal!

Is old-school best for you?  You can mail us a cheque, made out to Working Spark Theatre, at #201-739 Gore Ave, Vancouver, BC  V6A 2Z9.  Just tell us it’s for the Ten Times Campaign, give us your contact details, and we’ll mail you at tax receipt.
